Brett Cornick has worked in multiple companies, starting from their role as Materials Science Division Graduate Student Intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 2017. Brett went on to work for Epic Advanced Materials in 2016 as a Technical Product Manager until 2019. In 2019, Brett worked as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Accenture until 2020. Brett then returned to Epic Advanced Materials, this time as Head of Product & Engineering, from 2020 to 2022. Brett founded Impact Finance in 2022 and currently serves as the Founder & CEO.
Brett Cornick earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering - Nanotechnology from the University of Southern California in 2016. Brett then pursued a Master's degree in Computational Materials Science at UCLA from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Brett obtained certifications in Blockchain Technology Management from UCLA Extension and in Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc. in 2021 and 2019, respectively. Brett also earned a Machine Learning certification from Coursera in 2021 and an Engineer in Training certification from NCEES in 2016.
