Julie Jones-Damiano

Julie Jones-Damiano, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Julie is currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for Impact Fire Services in the Northeast region. Prior to this role, they held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at the same company.

Before joining Impact Fire Services, Julie worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NETSCOUT from 2019 to 2021, where they focused on sales in the US, Canada, and Latin America. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, overseeing operations in the New England region.

Julie's career also includes serving as a Regional HR Manager at W.B. Mason Company Inc. from 2014 to 2017, where they were responsible for aligning talent and business objectives across multiple locations in the Northeast. Julie provided support and coaching to sales, call center, and distribution teams, covering areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

Prior to W.B. Mason, Julie worked as a District Human Resources Manager at Best Buy from 2012 to 2014, and as a Corporate/Field Associate Relations Manager at Brookstone from 2010 to 2012. Julie also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot from 2003 to 2010, handling store, associate relations, and district roles.

Julie began their career in human resources as an HR Generalist at Lucent Technologies/Agile Networks in 1996. Overall, Julie's work experience showcases their expertise in human resources management, business partnering, talent development, and implementation of company initiatives.

Julie Jones-Damiano, PHR, SHRM-CP has obtained a PHR Certification from Merrimack College. Additionally, they have acquired EE Benefits and Paralegal Certifications from Bentley University.
