Meghan Dere is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group Head of Human Resources at Sarjak Container Lines Pvt Ltd since June 2021, Meghan previously held the position of Regional Head of Human Resources at VFS Global, where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities for the Global Support Office in Mumbai and managing corporate HR initiatives. With experience as a Human Resources Manager at Reliance Brands Ltd and significant roles at Kingfisher Airlines and Jet Airways, focusing on business partnership for flight operations, Meghan's career began in generalist roles at Hyatt Regency and The Regent (Taj Land's End). Meghan holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources Management from Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts and Economics.
