Catering Assistant at Impact Food Group

Iyzon Roman Sequeira has diverse experience in both the food production and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Catering Assistant at Impact Food Group since October 2022, Iyzon assists in the daily food production for students and ensures efficient kitchen operations. Prior experience includes an internship at the University of Glasgow, where Iyzon conducted a significant analysis of protein-encoding genes in African Trypanosome and gained valuable experience in genetic analysis and DNA extraction at Gandhi Krishi Vignana Kendra. Iyzon has also worked as an Inside Sales Associate at AayuJa Technologies India Private Limited, contributing to a 10% increase in sales through effective market research and collaboration with the sales team. Previous internships with PwC assisted the transfer pricing team with client acquisition. Iyzon holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and a PGDM in Finance from IFIM B School.
