Simon Doogan possesses extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, having held significant roles in several companies over the years. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment at Impact Food Group from June 2024 to June 2025, Simon leads recruitment efforts across all IFG brands, collaborating with the Senior Management team to attract talent with a focus on honesty and effectiveness. Previously, as a Recruitment Manager at the same organization, Simon oversaw similar recruitment initiatives. Simon was the Director and Owner of Talent Group from April 2012 to June 2024, specializing in recruitment solutions for HR and talent professionals. Additional experiences include serving as a Selection & Assessment Partner at Shared Services Connected Ltd, where Simon contributed to strategic planning and continuous delivery, and working as a Recruitment Consultant at McCall, a leading UK Recruitment 2 Recruitment agency. Early career beginnings included a role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Stirling Recruitment. Academically, Simon holds a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from Solent University.
