Nishant Machado is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in financial growth and strategic management. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sporos Capital Partners since January 2021, and as Senior Managing Director at Accordion since October 2006, Nishant has guided numerous companies through complex M&A transactions and bankruptcy situations. Additional roles include serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Dividend Restaurant Group, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at PAMOS BEVERAGE CO. and Lolli Soda, Board Member at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants and a founding partner at Altivare Capital Partners. Previous experience includes a directorship at Sbarro and a financial analyst role at Banks Corporation. Nishant holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with minors in Finance and Management Information Systems from Purdue University.
