Susan Hayes

Susan Hayes is the Director of Impact & Influence, an independent communications consultancy. Susan is also the founder of Susan Hayes PR, working with clients in various sectors. Previously, Susan worked as a Senior Public Relations Consultant for THE FOURTH ANGEL and as an Account Director at Edelman. Susan also freelanced as a Public Relations Consultant and held a position as a Senior Account Manager at Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster PLC. Susan holds a BA in Political Science and History of Art from The University of Auckland and an Advanced Certificate in Journalism from Massey University.
