Scott Rose

Scott Rose has been with Impact since 2003, currently serving as General Manager, where responsibilities include driving regional business strategy and fostering client engagement across the UK and EMEA. Previously, Scott held positions such as VP of Consulting Services and Head of Engagement, focusing on leading consulting teams, managing high-quality program delivery, and ensuring sustainable practices. In earlier roles, Scott contributed as an Environmental Advisor and Associate Consultant, managing significant leadership development projects globally. Additionally, Scott has experience in outdoor learning and community action through roles as a Freelance Support Technician and Member of the Board of Trustees for Eden Community Outdoors. As the founder of Green Hive Consulting, Scott focused on wellbeing, sustainability, and CSR initiatives. Scott holds a BSc in Ecology from Lancaster University.
