Yael Sterenfeld

Yael Sterenfeld is currently an Incoming PAS Workforce Advisory Consultant at EY, specializing in the Financial Services sector. They have also held positions as an Impact Investing Associate at Impact Investing at Cornell, a Telecommunications & Technology Sector Analyst at A Seat at the Table - Cornell, and a People Operational Excellence Intern at Deloitte. Yael's previous experience includes working as an Assistant Project Manager for TAMID Group, a Diversity and Inclusion Outreach Leader for ILR Women's Caucus, and a Business Development Intern at TheraBreath. Yael is currently pursuing their education at Cornell University ILR School, after completing their Associate of Arts degree at Miami Dade College.
