Ewa Jackson

Ewa Jackson is Head of Sustainable Client Solutions, EMEA and is a member of the Sustainable & Transition Solutions team. She is responsible for sustainable business development, in partnership with client businesses, product and marketing, and leads a team of senior sustainability specialists in EMEA. She is a frequent speaker and participant on panels and a member of a number of industry committees.

Ms Jackson previously held a number of senior roles in M&A and Strategy at Deutsche Bank, supporting the development and implementation of organic and inorganic strategic initiatives, such as the Bank’s execution of acquisitions, investments and divestitures and business and portfolio analysis. She began her career at RBS where she worked in Leveraged Finance supporting clients across Europe.

Ms Jackson is an active advocate of diversity and co-chair of BlackRock’s Women’s Initiative in EMEA, a member of BlackRock’s 100 Women in Finance Committee in Europe and has been a member of Pilotlight, coaching and mentoring charity leaders and their boards to become more efficient, effective and sustainable.

Ms Jackson earned a Master of Laws, with honours, from the University of Aix-Marseille III.
