Zachary McElwain has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Zachary is currently working at Impact Legacy Group as the Vice President of Business Development & Agent Relations since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Life Insurance Academy as a Coach, Mentor, and Trainer, starting in January 2020.
From 2015 to 2019, Zachary held multiple roles at Advance Team Partners, including Vice President of Sales & Managing Partner, District Manager, Advisor, and Field Representative. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing agent support, field training, and developing plans to grow the business.
Before that, Zachary worked at United Electric Co. as part of the Street Light Team, identifying and tagging inoperable lighting assets, as well as a Warehouse Assistant. Zachary also served as an Independent Consultant for Mallick Adventures at the University of Louisville, providing marketing support and designing a quarterly E-newsletter.

Zachary McElwain attended Jefferson Community College, Kentucky from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. From 2012 to 2014, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a minor in Management at the University of Louisville, focusing on marketing, management, and entrepreneurship.
