Timothy Frendo

Timothy Frendo has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Timothy started their career as a paralegal at Barris, Sott, Denn & Driker, PLLC in 2002, where they worked until 2005. Timothy then worked as a paralegal at Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they ventured into entrepreneurship and founded their own company, 3BL, LLC, where they served as the owner until 2011. Timothy then worked as a paralegal at Butler Pappas from 2011 to 2012.

Transitioning into a different field, Timothy joined Kforce in 2012, starting as a Business Development Associate and later transitioning to a role as a Client Relationship Representative. Timothy worked at Kforce until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arrow Strategies.

In 2015, Timothy started their career in the recruitment industry as an IT Recruiter at OtterBase, where they worked until 2017. Timothy then joined Qualigence International as a Senior Recruiting Consultant, managing candidate relationships and playing a role in delivering service to clients. Timothy later took on the role of Recruiting Manager, where they created a motivating and goal-oriented working environment for recruiters and account managers. Timothy worked at Qualigence International until 2019.

Timothy then joined Custom Business Solutions, Inc. in 2019 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, they contributed to the company's recruitment efforts until 2020. Currently, Timothy is working as a Recruiter at IMPACT Management Services, starting in October 2020.

Throughout their career, Timothy has gained experience in various areas such as recruiting, client relationship management, business development, and paralegal work. Timothy has demonstrated skills in managing candidate relationships, conducting client visits, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Timothy Frendo attended Wayne State University from 1995 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
