As the Owner of McCauley Electric, Steve has honed skills in electrical contracting since founding the company in 2009. Prior to this venture, Steve served as a Master Electrician for Innovative Power Systems, Inc. since January 2018, demonstrating expertise in solar energy systems. Steve’s career began in 1983 with IBEW Local 292, where an apprenticeship led to a journeyman license in 1986 and a master electrician license in 2008.
