Filip Dynowiak rejoins the Impact team as Director of Hotel Operations. Filip brings with him experience from a variety of positions at various levels across multiple hotel brands and property types.
This experience includes opening and ramping up the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Gainesville, Florida in 2016. During his tenure, the Home2 regularly outperformed its competition, delivered exceptional service to its guests, and retained a large portion of the employee base while continuously training and promoting from within to delivery success in a highly competitive market.
