Hannah Armour Smith

Hannah Armour Smith is an experienced educator currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Seattle Public Schools since August 2024 and as a 3rd Grade Lead Teacher at Impact Public Schools. Hannah’s career includes multiple roles at Beacon College Prep, where responsibilities ranged from 3rd Grade Teacher to K-2 Academic Coach and various team lead positions. Prior to these roles, Hannah worked with Teach For America as a Content Specialist in Elementary Literacy and as a Teacher Coach during the Summer Institute. Hannah began the teaching career in Miami-Dade County Public Schools as an Elementary School Teacher from 2013 to 2015. Hannah holds a Master's degree in Education and Social Change from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Washington State University.
