Hayley Collen

Hayley Collen is an experienced professional with a strong background in impact investment and corporate finance advisory. As the Director of Epiphron Limited since March 2010, Hayley has focused on debt and equity investments that yield positive social and environmental outcomes alongside financial returns. Current roles include Investment Committee Member at Impact Shakers and Project Consultant at Kindling Ventures, both starting in December 2024, as well as Non-Executive Director at Grosvenor Hart Homes since November 2022. Additional experience includes mentoring and board membership at Imperial Venture Mentoring, participation as a Venture Partner in the UKRI Catalyst Healthy Ageing Awards with Zinc from October 2018 to July 2024, and serving on the Awards & Delivery Committee at UnLtd until June 2021. Previously, Hayley was a Portfolio Manager at 3i Group plc and worked as an Executive for the UK Government's Department of Trade and Industry. Hayley holds a PGDL/CPE from the College of Law.
