Kate Cardoso is a seasoned professional in corporate meetings and events, currently serving as the Founder of Travel with Purpose Pact, which focuses on integrating Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives into group travel programs. With extensive experience as a Corporate Meetings & Events Consultant since 2007, Kate specializes in enhancing client experiences and return on investment for diverse events and group incentive travel. As a Founding Member of Impact Table, Kate supports mission-driven women leaders. Previously, Kate held key roles including Director of Event Logistics at HIMSS and Director of Strategic Services at HMI Performance Incentives, where Kate managed complex accounts and global marketing strategies. Kate's career commenced at Maritz Travel as a Project Manager, and prior experience includes a significant role at Insights by Kantar overseeing a large guest satisfaction study. Kate holds a Global MBA in International Marketing from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Skidmore College.
