Carlota was born in Barcelona, Spain, and has lived in 9 different countries. She graduated with honors with a B.S in hospitality management and finance from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland. Since age 17, Carlota has worked at luxury boutique hotels around the world.
