Kelley Sowards

Kelley Sowards has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. From 2015 to 2021, they served as the VP of Operations at METER Group. In 2021, they joined Eviation Aircraft, where they held different roles, including Head of Quality, Ops Processes and Tools Management, and eventually became the Head of Business Operations and Quality. Currently, Kelley is working at Impact Washington - NIST MEP as the President & Center Director, starting in 2024. Prior to this, they served as an Account Executive, assisting manufacturers in improving various aspects of their business.

Kelley Sowards obtained a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from Washington State University, with a focus on Mechanical Engineering and Education.
