Steve Capuano

Steve Capuano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operational leadership and continuous improvement. Currently serving as an Account Executive for the Southwest and Southeast Regions at Impact Washington since November 2020, Capuano previously operated Lean Angle Solutions LLC as an Independent Business Owner from April 2018 to November 2020, focusing on fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additional roles include Lean Enterprise Champion at Cadet Manufacturing, State Ambassador for the South WA & North OR region at STAR Touring & Riding Association, and various leadership positions within the military and manufacturing sectors, including Captain in the Department of Military and Naval Affairs - NYARNG and Production Supervisor at Cargill. Capuano’s educational background includes studies at Kaplan University and Nyack College.
