Leah Cepko

Leah Cepko, MSc has a diverse work experience history. Leah is currently working as a Strategy Director at Impact XM, a role that they started in November 2022. Prior to that, from July 2022 to December 2022, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Science and Medicine Group, where they focused on optimizing account management strategies and identifying prospects. From March 2022 to July 2022, Leah was a People and Communications Associate at LifeMine Therapeutics. Leah also has experience as a Project Management, Science Advisor at BioInformatics Inc. from January 2021 to February 2022. Before transitioning into the corporate world, Leah pursued a PhD at Harvard University from August 2016 to December 2018, where they conducted research on the regulatory mechanisms of transcription in bacterial pathogens. Leah also worked as a Phonathon Manager at Reed College and served as a Corps Member at City Year.

Leah Cepko, MSc, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Reed College in 2016. Leah then pursued a Master's degree in Molecular Genetics from Harvard University, which they completed in 2018.
