Linda Von Der Lippe Fihl

Linda Von Der Lippe Fihl is currently a Project Manager at IMPACT. Prior to that, they were with GRUNDFOS from September 2019 to October 2020 as a Project Manager - Group Quality where they were responsible for managing projects within Group Quality and Customer Quality. This included working with IT-projects and communication tasks, but also projects related to company processes, reporting and analysis.

Some notable accomplishments during their time at GRUNDFOS include the development and implementation of a quality tool in SAP, global trainings (online and on-site), prioritization of time and requirements, planning and conduction of tests, monitoring and reporting of project progress to relevant stakeholders, communication and training within global quality tools and methods, establishment of an effective and user involving Super User environment, and user satisfaction surveys.

Linda Von Der Lippe Fihl has a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology from Aarhus University. Linda also has a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Medicine from Aarhus University. In addition, they have 10ECTS in Epistemology and Theory of Science from Aarhus University.
