Mads Dyreberg Haldrup

Mads Dyreberg Haldrup is a Senior Project Manager at IMPACT. Mads has previously worked as a Project Manager & EPP Product Owner at Egmont from May 2015 to September 2017. Mads's responsibilities as a Project Manager included overseeing the system, preparing for emergencies, risk management, second level support, documenting processes and systems, releasing plans, and Change Requests based on the Governance model. As a Product Owner, they were responsible for developing EPP in accordance with the overall vision, facilitating communication and creating an environment around the product that promotes its development and use. Mads also planned sprints, managed and monitored approved projects and initiatives, and reported progress to management.
