Kelly Mitchell, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Principal and Founding Partner of impactHR since June 2006, Kelly has established a strong foundation in HR consulting. Previous roles include serving as President and Director of Membership for the Chesapeake HR Association from June 2007 to May 2010, and Market Manager of Client Services at Gevity from 2004 to 2006. Earlier career positions encompass Director of Human Resources at Analytical Graphics, Inc. and Career Concepts, Inc., as well as Manager of Human Resources at Primestar Partners. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University.
