Dr. Constanze Trautwein

Dr. Constanze Trautwein has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and positions. Dr. Constanze is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at ImpactNexus since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Borderstep Institute for Innovation and Sustainability gGmbH as a Research Fellow and Researcher & Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2021. In 2016, they were a Manager of Business Model Development and Scaling / On Purpose Associate at Acker.co. Dr. Constanze also worked at Deutsche Bahn, first as a Manager of Business Development Western Europe from 2014 to 2016, and then as an Assistant to Member of the Management Board from 2011 to 2014. In 2010, they worked as a Freelancer at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and also had a fellowship in Sustainability Management.

Dr. Constanze Trautwein began their education in 2005 at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they pursued a degree in International Business. Dr. Constanze completed their studies in 2011, earning an International Diplom-Kauffrau (Univ.) | Master of International Business degree. In 2007-2008, they attended the Universidad de Alcalá, focusing on International Relations. Currently, from 2018 to 2021, Dr. Trautwein is a PhD student at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, specializing in the sustainability impact of start-ups.
