Tonya Love-Lamorte

Tonya Love-Lamorte has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tonya is currently the Managing Director of ImpactVest Alliance, where they have led the implementation of a multi-stakeholder initiative aimed at promoting positive global impact. Prior to that, they worked at Conduent as the Director of Finance Transformation and Change Management Lead, where they developed change management strategies for global ERP and SaaS tools. Tonya also served as the Director of the Office of the Corporate Secretary, managing SEC filings and shareholder services. Tonya's experience at Xerox includes roles such as Integration and Operations Executive, where they managed high-profile projects and supported the CEO, and Innovation Manager in various research and technical program management positions. Tonya started their career at Eastman Kodak as a Development Engineer and also had a graduate student internship at Sandia National Laboratories, Inc.

Tonya Love-Lamorte has a diverse education history with degrees in business administration and engineering. Tonya started their education journey in 1991 at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with a Mathematics Concentration. Tonya then pursued further studies and earned a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University in 1997. In 2010, they attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in the same year, they completed the Ascent Mastering Management Executive Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Tonya's educational background showcases their expertise in both technical and business-related fields.
