Thembisa Mpoza

Thembisa Mpoza has a diverse background in the mining industry, with experience that includes roles such as Section Manager at Implats and Mine Overseer at Sibanye-Stillwater. They have led various projects involving development, stoping, and blasting, achieving production targets and ensuring health and safety compliance. Thembisa holds a BSc Eng in Mining and Mineral Engineering, as well as certificates in Operations Management and Safe Production Supervisor Development. They are currently pursuing an MBA at Wits Business School and are a CFA Level 1 Candidate.
