Frieda Waagmeester

Frieda Waagmeester is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in both national and international organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Impala Studios since September 2020, Frieda also manages interim HR responsibilities through Forward HR, a company founded to provide HR management, advice, and project management since July 2017. Frieda's extensive expertise includes developing HR foundations, strategic organizational structures, performance management systems, and training programs. Previous roles include positions such as Interim HR Manager at Impala Studios and HR Business Partner at WPG Media, among others, contributing to significant HR projects and transitions across multiple countries. Frieda holds a degree in Personnel and Labor from HBO, completed between 2007 and 2011.
