Andreas Günster

Andreas Günster has a strong background in international tax and transfer pricing. Andreas most recently worked as the Head of Tax at Impala Terminals from January 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Transfer Pricing Director at adidas from July 2022 to December 2022. Andreas also held the positions of Head of International Tax & Transfer Pricing at Johnson Matthey from November 2020 to April 2022, International Tax Director at Pearson from June 2019 to November 2020, and International Tax Specialist at ConvaTec in April 2019. Andreas has also gained experience as a Group Tax Manager at Subsea 7 from July 2018 to March 2019, and as a Group Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager at Puma Energy from December 2015 to June 2018. Additionally, they held various tax-related roles at Subsea 7 from June 2011 to October 2015, including Group Tax Manager, Gerente de Tributos - Brasil, and Senior Manager - Global Tax Reporting. Andreas started their career as an EMEA Tax Manager at Illumina from May 2010 to June 2011, and worked as a Senior Analyst, Tax Management Consulting International Tax at Deloitte Canada from January 2009 to May 2010.

Andreas Günster obtained their Accounting Degree in Fiscal Administrative Law from Fachhochschule für Finanzen from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Emil Fischer Gymnansium from 1989 to 1998. Andreas pursued a General Education with access to German and French Universities during this time.
