The Technology and Product Development team at Imparta is responsible for creating and enhancing the company's innovative modular software solutions. This includes the advanced LXP (i-Coach®), an AI-enhanced assessment engine, and CRM-based application tools. The team, composed of a Business Intelligence Developer, a Senior Xamarin Developer, and a Product Manager for Digital Platforms, works collaboratively to design, develop, and deploy digital tools that support Imparta's Agile Sales Methodology and Agile Change Process at a global scale.
