Steve Falci has extensive experience in the investment management industry. Steve currently serves as the Head of Systematic and Multi-Asset Strategies at Impax Asset Management, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Falci served as the Chief Investment Officer at Impax Asset Management from May 2014 to December 2021. Before joining Impax, they worked at Kleinwort Benson Investors as the Head of Strategy Development Sustainable Investment from May 2008 to April 2014. Falci also held the titles of Chief Investment Officer, Equities at Calvert and SVP and Chief Investment Officer, Equities at Calvert Group, Ltd. from 2003 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mellon Equity Associates as a Sr. VP and Sr. Portfolio Manager from 1994 to 2003 and at Nynex as a Managing Director Pension Investments from 1986 to 1993.

Steve Falci earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business in 1980, followed by an MBA in Finance from the same institution in 1981. In 1989, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. Falci later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Theological Ethics and Interfaith Dialogue from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, which they completed from 1994 to 2003. Prior to their university education, they attended Fordham Preparatory School from 1972 to 1976.
