Janet Lee

Janet Lee is the Sr. Manager of Product & UX Design at Impekable, a leading digital agency. Janet has been with the company for over 7 years, and in that time, they have held various positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, they served as the Director of Operations for the company's Product Delivery department. In this role, Janet was responsible for leading a team of 12 employees who provided design and development services to startups, SMBs, and enterprises. Janet was also responsible for improving operational efficacy, employee and client engagement and satisfaction, offerings and quality of deliverables, and increasing profitability by collaborating with stakeholders across Delivery, Sales, Client Relations, Finance, and People Ops. In addition, Janet partnered with Sales to pitch, scope, and acquire 6-figure contracts.

During their time at Impekable, Janet led several initiatives to improve the company's operations. These initiatives included a strategy and roadmap to optimize agency operations, as well as an initiative to create infrastructure to support multi-project enterprise engagements. In addition, Janet managed 3 team leads and chartered their growth in leadership development, people management, and project leadership.

Janet Lee attended Saratoga High School and then went on to study Japanese Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree.

Their manager is Pek Pongpaet, CEO / Managing Partner. They are on a team with Dave Wachtendonk - VP of Product, Ben Fromm - VP of Partner Engagement, and Chris Kennedy - VP of Engineering.
