Hayley Klaff

Hayley Klaff is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for Services Procurement at Impellam Group since September 2025. In this role, Hayley is responsible for guiding operations teams to implement best practices and operating standards for Services Procurement Clients, including overseeing supplier onboarding processes. Prior to this position, Hayley held multiple leadership roles at Lorien from April 2016 to September 2025, including Director of Projects - STEM, where responsibility included leading MSP and RPO solution implementations. Hayley’s earlier career includes projects in recruitment and account management at Guidant Group, Reed, Women Like Us, Adecco UK, and Office Angels, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment strategy, project management, and supplier relationship management.
