Jessica Penman is a Sr. R&D Sustaining Engineer at Imperative Care, previously holding positions such as Sr. Sustaining Engineer at Auris Health, Inc, and Product Development Engineer at DePuy Synthes Companies. Prior to their industry experience, Jessica worked as a Program Specialist at The Perry Initiative, where Jessica organized programs to encourage young girls to pursue degrees in engineering and orthopedic surgery. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
