Susan Chan

Susan Chan is currently the Manager, HR Systems & Operations at Imperative Care. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Sutter Health - Palo Alto Medical Foundation as the Manager, HRIS and Sr HRIS Analyst. Before that, Susan was a Sr HRIS Analyst at Micro Focus for a number of years. Susan also has experience as a Benefits Analyst at Circle International. Susan holds a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University. Throughout their career, Susan has specialized in HRIS, benefit administration, on-boarding, and policy maintenance. Susan has overseen various benefit programs including dental, medical, vision, life and disability, EAP, FSA, and 401(k) plans.
