Fernanda Castilho

Fernanda Castilho currently serves as VP of Brazil at IMPERATIVE since March 2023. Previously, Fernanda held multiple leadership roles at MOSS.Earth from July 2020 to December 2023, including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, and also served as a Board Member. Prior experience includes working as a Relationship Manager at XP INVESTIMENTOS from April 2018 to April 2019, and a Trade Lane Marketing Manager Intern at AGILITY LOGISTICS in 2015. Earlier in the career, Fernanda worked at BTG Pactual as an Insurance Specialist, managing major accounts and conducting risk analysis, and at Banco Fator Seguradora as a Business Lawyer, overseeing legal processes for clients. Fernanda began the legal journey as a Tax Lawyer at Veirano Advogados, handling tax litigation and consultancy. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's Degree from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
