Lenny Bianco

Lenny Bianco has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and engineering. Lenny started their career as an Associate Technical Professional in Civil/Structural Engineering from 2007 to 2009. Lenny then transitioned into the finance industry, joining Cougar Investment Fund as an Analyst/Senior Portfolio Manager from 2009 to 2010. Lenny further enhanced their financial skills by working as an Associate in Energy Equity Research at Pritchard Capital Partners from 2010 to 2011. Lenny continued to excel in this field, taking on roles as an Associate and later Senior Associate in Energy Equity Research at Raymond James & Associates, Inc from 2011 to 2012. Lenny then moved into investment banking, working as an Associate Vice President at Wunderlich Securities from 2012 to 2014 before being promoted to Vice President in Energy Investment Banking until 2017. Currently, Lenny holds the position of Managing Director in Energy Investment Banking at Imperial Capital, LLC since 2017, where they specialize in upstream, oilfield services, and infrastructure with responsibilities including M&A advisory, debt, and equity capital raising, and distressed/special situations.

Lenny Bianco completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2006. Lenny then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a Graduate Certificate in Financial Services Management from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lenny also obtained certifications such as the Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, Series 7 - General Securities Representative Exam, and Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative Exam from FINRA.
