Anastasia Mylona

Anastasia Mylona is a distinguished researcher currently serving as a Principal Investigator and Advanced Research Fellow at Imperial College London since July 2022. Previously, Mylona held the position of Principal Investigator as a Wellcome Trust Career Development Fellow at Birkbeck, University of London, from January 2018 to June 2022. Mylona's career also includes roles as a Staff Scientist at King's College London and as a Research Scientist at The Francis Crick Institute. Early in the career, Mylona worked as a Research Fellow at Cancer Research UK from 2006 to 2015. Mylona earned a PhD in Biochemistry from the European Molecular Biology Laboratory between 2001 and 2005.
