Aran Singanayagam

Aran Singanayagam is a prominent clinician and researcher, currently serving as an MRC Clinician Scientist Fellow at Imperial College London since August 2020 and as a Consultant Respiratory Physician at Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals since January 2019. Previously, Aran held roles as an ISSF Springboard Fellow at Wellcome Trust from January 2019 to July 2020, an Academic Clinical Lecturer at the National Institute for Health Research from January 2015 to December 2018, and a Clinical Research Training Fellow at Wellcome Trust from September 2011 to August 2014. Aran completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology at Imperial College London from 2011 to 2014, and holds an MBChB in Medicine and a BSc. (Hons) in Molecular Physiology from The University of Edinburgh, where studies spanned 1999 to 2005.
