Dipanjan Majumdar

Dipanjan Majumdar is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at Imperial College London since February 2023, with previous experience as a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant. Prior to this role, Dipanjan served as a Project Associate at the Center for Complex Systems & Dynamics from August 2021 to October 2022. Dipanjan earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, completing studies in November 2022. Additional educational qualifications include a GIAN course in Immersed Boundary Methods for Turbulent Incompressible Flows at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2017, and a GIAN course in Fluid Vortices at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2016. Dipanjan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, completed in 2015, and completed secondary education at Kalna Ambika Mahismardini High School, achieving the 10th and 12th board certifications from WBBSE and WBCHSE respectively.
