Samuel Humphry-Baker

Samuel Humphry-Baker is an experienced researcher currently serving as an Imperial College Research Fellow at Imperial College London since December 2017. Previously, Samuel held roles as a Volunteer at Rwanda Aid, focusing on sustainable energy solutions, and as a Postdoctoral Associate at Imperial College London, where research concentrated on the performance of energy materials in extreme environments. Samuel completed a Ph.D. in Materials Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where research involved thermoelectric alloys and nanostructured materials, and attained a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford, investigating radiation damage in fusion materials.
