Jim Kummerow

Jim Kummerow is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, issue resolution, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Multi-site Equipment Repair Manager at Imperial Dade since August 2021, Jim has effectively managed change and streamlined processes during periods of company growth. As the Founder of POV Holdings, LLC since June 2018, Jim has developed over 16 training courses aimed at transitioning new managers into leadership roles. Previously, Jim held multiple positions at Western Paper Distributors from May 2012 to August 2021, focusing on analyzing and improving business operations, managing customer orders, and overseeing billing operations. Additional experience includes leading operations at SuperShuttle, providing consulting services through Office Automators, and managing customer relations at Go2Call. Jim's extensive expertise in process improvement and team management is complemented by formal education from Front Range Community College.
