Terry Owen

Terry Owen's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Imperial Dade starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Fastenal, including Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2023, Senior Executive Vice President from 2016 to 2023, Executive Vice President from 2014 to 2015, and Regional Vice President from 2007 to 2014. Terry also worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Fastenal from 1999 to 2007 and as a Teacher/Coach at Southlake Carroll ISD from 1997 to 1999. Terry began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Sergeant from 1987 to 1993.

Terry Owen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of North Texas.
