Sylvie Miller

Sylvie Miller has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Shared Services and previously as Global Customer Service Manager at Imperial Manufacturing Group since November 2011. Sylvie excels in strategic planning and process improvement while effectively managing staff across various locations, including Richibucto, Dieppe, Oakville, and Alton. Prior to this role, Sylvie worked as a sales representative at The Cooperators from October 2006 to November 2011, where responsibilities included client service for insurance products. Additionally, from June 2000 to October 2006, Sylvie gained valuable experience in reception work and payroll preparation at Warren Transport/Warren Ready Mix. Sylvie attended Holland College, pursuing studies in dental assisting since 1997.
