John Hammond

John Hammond is a Project Engineer-in-Training (EIT) at Imperial Oil, with a focus on project controls aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions through initiatives like waste heat recovery systems. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing schedules, and overseeing asset capital spending. Previously, John has held roles as a Cost and Schedule Engineer-in-Training at Imperial Oil, where skills in cost estimation and capital efficiency were developed, as well as mentoring new engineers. Academic experience at Carleton University includes serving as a Peer Assisted Study Session Team Leader and Facilitator, providing academic support in engineering courses.
