Michelle James

Michelle James is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Attendant Control Manager at Impark since March 2013, Michelle manages a team of data entry associates and provides corporate support for parking and valet services across East Coast clients. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior Operations Specialist at Ascensus from January 1999 to June 2011, overseeing a team responsible for various operational functions for over 500 clients and receiving the prestigious Cornerstone Award in 2007 for exceptional service and skills.
