Jake Swearingen is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive leadership experience in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Accounting at Imperial PFS since November 2022, Jake previously held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller at Yellow, a major player in the less-than-truckload logistics sector, from September 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, Jake was VP of Accounting / Controller at The Andersons, Inc., leading accounting integration efforts following the acquisition of Lansing in early 2019. Jake also served as Vice President of Accounting and Tax at Lansing Trade Group, LLC, and as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at CVR Partners, LP, where responsibilities included SEC reporting and internal financial oversight. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at KPMG LLP, specializing in audits for SEC registrants and major private clients, and as an Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. Educational credentials include a Master of Accountancy from the University of Iowa and a BS in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
