Bruce Waguespack

Bruce Waguespack has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Performance Improvement at Imperial Sugar Company since January 2010. Prior to this role, Bruce worked as the Manager of Learning & Development at Thyssen Krupp Steel USA from October 2008 to January 2010. Bruce's academic background includes a position as Assistant Professor at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2005 to 2009 and prior managerial experience in training and development at Georgia Gulf Corporation from 1994 to 2001. Bruce holds a PhD in Human Resource Education and Development from Louisiana State University, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1994.
