Mason Higgins has extensive experience in contact center management and sales training, currently serving as the Director of the National Contact Center at Imperial Supplies since December 2016. Prior to this role, Mason held the position of Contact Center Manager at the same company. Mason's previous experience includes five years as the Sales Training and Development Manager at JJ Keller and over twelve years as the Customer Experience Manager at Alta Resources. Mason holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, earned between 1993 and 1998.
