Anita Sheth

Senior 3d Designer at Imperial War Museums

Anita Sheth has a diverse range of work experience in the field of exhibition design and interpretation. Anita is currently working as a Senior 3D Designer at Imperial War Museums, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Interpretation and Design Manager at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) from 2021 to 2023.

In their previous roles, Anita worked as an Exhibition Designer at the National Army Museum from 2019 to 2021, where they designed exhibitions related to military history. Before that, they worked at Winton Capital Management from 2015 to 2018 as an Exhibition Designer, where they developed displays highlighting the history of financial markets. Anita also designed a study room in the London office and a reading lounge in the Oxford office.

Anita's experience also includes working as an Interpretation Officer at The British Museum in 2014, where they collaborated with curators to manage exhibition text edits and create multimedia guides. Anita was also an Exhibition Designer at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology from 2013 to 2014.

Prior to these roles, Anita worked as an Independent Consultant as an Art Director/Designer from 2012 to 2013. Anita also had internship experiences as an Exhibition Developer/Designer at Museo de Ancon in 2011 and as an Exhibition Designer Graduate Assistant at Philadelphia's Magic Gardens in 2010.

Anita began their career as an Art Director at Meredith from 2006 to 2010, where they focused on creative direction and design.

Anita Sheth's education history begins with their attendance at Carnegie Mellon University from 1992 to 1993, where they pursued studies in Architecture. In 1994, they furthered their education at Rutgers University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Visual Arts. Later on, they attended The University of the Arts from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Museum Exhibition Planning and Design.
